About the programme

Not just blockchain awareness. Real, responsible capability.

The National Blockchain Education Programme, led by the Blockchain Adoption Initiative (BAI) with its university partners, teaches the technology together with its safeguards. AML/CFT, cybersecurity, privacy and consumer protection are part of the curriculum from the first module.

Format: Blended learning: expert-led sessions, practical labs and projects, assessments, and engagement with industry and regulators
Duration: About six months, part-time
First cohort: Follows the 14 October 2026 official launch
Entry: Secondary school certificate or equivalent and basic computer skills. No prior blockchain knowledge needed for the Informed User track
Certification: Certificate of completion from your partner university
Scholarships: Sponsored places on transparent criteria. Talent, not income, decides

Duration, entry requirements and certification are planning figures. BAI and the universities confirm the final curriculum, duration and certification after the Curriculum Review Session on 13 October 2026.
